and so ren er ineffective any Order with regard to them which

has been or may be made by any such Courts regarding the possession and disposal of the said vessels or other properties

of the Ching Kee Steam Havigation Co., Ltc.

9. I am aware that a large number of shares in the said Ching Fee Steam Navigation Co., Ltd. are held by Thing Kee () a Chinese alias of the China Merchants Steam Navigation Co.,

Ltd.

I therefore crave from This Honourable Court an Order

to stop the clearance of the said vessels until the appointment of an authorised representative or Receiver of the Ching hee

Steam Navigation Co. Ltd. for tuis Colony or until further

Order of this honourable Court.
